Having a clear vision!

#trainingtipthursday πŸ‘Ÿ Getting Organized! Are you like me and know that with a plan you will be successful? I try and select the clothes I need for the gym or running the night prior so when I get up the choice of clothing has been made! I also set up the coffee pot and put out my vitamins, pills and oatmeal packet. Getting at least 8 hours sleep is also a priority. 😴 In the morning I give myself time to dress and eat a nutritious breakfast at least 60 minutes prior to my activity. When I leave the house I am ready to seize the day and achieve results. Share what works for you in the comments below!
