Pick-Up

All raw threads fans are welcome to receive a pick-up regardless if you are running a race that weekend or not, we would love to see you.

Pick-up is mostly used to make sure you have your new favorite shirt for race day.

Why choose pick-up? we will have a limited selection of sizes and designs. if you are looking for something specific it is best to order online and choose pick-up by using the appropriate code related to the event. email us for more details orders@rawthreads.com

Ordering and Payment Options

What are my payment options?We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, PayPal and Raw Threads gift cards. We are unable to split payments between payment methods.

Will my credit card be charged immediately?Yes. This allows us to reserve the item and size that you ordered. We'll send you a confirmation email and payment receipt to let you know when this happens.

What if I need to cancel my order?Please email us at support@rawthreads.zendesk.com within 4 hours of placing your order.

How do I know that my order shipped?

• Log into your account and view your Order History with tracking information.
• If you are a new customer, make sure you register before placing your order.
• If you are not registered, you can track your order using the link on the order confirmation e-mail. The tracking number will appear in the notes of your order.

How to get Free Shipping

Free Shipping in the United States: Normally when you Spend over $75 in merchandise and shipping is complimentary.

Rate is based on your location and the weight of your order. Unfortunately, we cannot always guarantee expedited or overnight deliveries. Customized Items

Our customs are made especially for you as soon as you place an order, which is why it takes a little big longer to get it delivered to you.

We aim to customize all text as to how the customer enters it. However if we feel the text could be more legible, the designer will use their discretion to improve the letters. Some of our fonts have certain letters and ligatures that may be hard to read, we will try to edit as much as possible to improve the readability of your design.

Clearance and Final Sale

All markdowns are final sale – no returns and no exchanges are possible. All underwear, headbands and socks are final sale – no returns and no exchanges are possible.

Will you be further reducing prices as sales goes on? Just like other sales, it’s possible you will see lower prices as the sale goes on, however if you see something you love, we recommend you grab it while you can. We often run out of sizes very quickly. All warehouse sale purchases are final sale (no returns or exchanges), and we are not offering price adjustments, so grab your faves while you can!

Is ordering over the internet secure?

Gift Cards
Do you offer gift cards?
Yes, we offer electronic gift cards! Electronic gift cards are available for purchase at rawthreads.com. This type of gift card is delivered electronically via email and can be redeemed at RawThreads.com and at Raw Threads expo booths. Electronic gift cards may not be returned.

Placing an order using a gift card — when placing an order with a gift card, enter the Promotional Code provided in the blank Promotional Code field at the last stage of checkout. Press the Apply Promo Code Button. Your order balance cannot be zero; you must have a remaining balance in order to place your order. A credit card or Pay Pal method is required even if your balance is zero. In addition, free shipping does not apply to zero balance orders.

First, check the care and content label. The label has garment specific information on how to care for your gear.

Best Practice

Wash cold and hang dry! Washing cold inside out and hanging dry your Raw Threads products keeps the garment and the artwork looking newer and longer. BONUS! Using cold water eliminates the energy used by the washing machine to heat the water and makes your clothes and the planet happy and decreases your carbon footprint.

The best practice for both your clothes and the environment is to cold wash and “air" or “rack" dry. This will help to increase the longevity of the art and fabric. Please wash your shirts and skirts that have designs on them INSIDE OUT for best results. Woolite brand laundry detergent is best for our products.

For all headbands, the best practice is hand wash and to dry flat.

What is your reselling policy?

We completely recognize that once someone purchases our product they can do what they want with it. We do not, however, support those who acquire large volumes of our product to resell or who purchase indivual items and re-sell at an elevated or reduced price point.

You must apply to be a wholesale account of any Raw Threads product and have a valid re-seller certificate and EIN number.
