HOW DO I SIGN UP?

HOW DOES A Raw Threads Shirt of the month 'MONTH-TO-MONTH' SUBSCRIPTION WORK?
Our shirt of the Month subscriptions bill on a recurring basis. Your initial sign-up is your initial sign-up. Shirts are automatically sent out right after your month rolls over. You are able to PAUSE or OPT OUT of the subscription before your next order rolls over.
All recurring charges take place when you first purchase your shirt. You will receive a notice of your upcoming billing 3 days before the actual bill date and a second notice when your card is charged. If you cancel before that date, you will not be billed for another shirt. If you cancel on or after that date, it will be your last months shirt.
Here is an example: Kate purchased a subscription on June 19th. Her first shirt ships in June 21st. The subscription auto-renews each month until she cancels or pauses it.
Shipping takes approximately 5-7 business days. You will receive a shipping notification via text or email when your shirt has been shipped through the United States Post Office through parcel postage.
WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY FIRST SHIRT?
The shirt pictured on the 'Shirt of the month' product is always the current months shirt unless otherwise noted. If you start your subscription after the 1st of the new month you have until the 15th of the month before we switch over to the next months shirt. Here are some examples:
- • Jen purchased a subscription on August 29th. So, her first shirt is going to be our September 1st shirt.
- • Michelle's subscription was purchased on September 14. Her first shirt will be the September shirt.
- • Kate purchased her subscription on August 16. Her first shirt will be the September 1st shirt.
HOW DO I PAUSE MY SUBSCRIPTION?
Log into your dashboard and click MANAGE SUBSCRIPTION and click the Pause button. You can pause for any reason you choose: want a break from the program, do not care for this month's shirt design, or want to spread our your payments to our shirt of the month program.
HOW DO I UPDATE MY SHIPPING ADDRESS FOR MY SUBSCRIPTION?
If you would like to update your shipping address, you can do so through your Account dashboard in the Subscription Profile. You can access your account by following this link. If you don't have an account, simply register for a new account under the same email you used at time of subscription.
Once you've logged into your account, follow these steps:
- • From your "My Account" dashboard click "Manage Subscriptions"
- • From Subscriptions Orders tap “edit” next to your address.
- • Enter your new Subscription Shipping Address information.
- • Make sure you hit save after making the changes.
Please note: Any address changes or orders made after the 1st of the month apply to the following month’s shirt.
HOW DO I CANCEL MY SUBSCRIPTION?
You are free to self-service cancel anytime after your first shirt has shipped. If you do choose to cancel, you may do so in your Account Dashboard. If you don't have an account, simply register for a new account under the same email you used at time of subscription.
Once you've logged into your account, follow these steps:
- • From your "My Account" dashboard click "Manage Subscriptions"
- • From “Subscriptions” tap “Cancel” under Actions.
