We hope you love what you ordered, but if you are not 100% happy with your purchase from us or if the style just isn't you—we will send you a new size, color or style, or issue you a quick refund.
Returns and exchanges are free when you use our prepaid return shipping label system below. Please make sure:
1. The item has not been worn or washed.
2. The tags are still attached.
3. You are making the return within 30 days of the delivery date.
4. It is not a sale item. (All items are sale items if they were not purchased at full price. Meaning if you they were marked down or you used a discount code/reward code.)
5. You may not Return online items at our EXPO booths.
6. Your item is not damaged.
If you answered YES to all of the questions above, your return qualifies!
How do I prepare a return?
You must be logged into your customer account and follow the instructions.
Just a reminder that free returns DO NOT APPLY to any items that were purchased on sale, or with a discount code or rewards code. Free returns are only for full price purchases.

Expo Returns Process
Pick-Up Orders must be returned through the online ordering system. Follow the instructions above. **If you ordered a pick-up and wish to make a return at an expo, you will only receive an expo store credit. This store credit may only be used at an expo. If you want a credit to your original form of payment, you must use the Online Returns Process.
Expo Exchange Process
We cannot offer exchanges for expo pick-ups. We require use of the Online Returns Process above to guarantee your design and size because sizes and designs cannot be guaranteed at expos.
Final Sale Products
All products marked on sale, or that belong in our “Sale" category are final sale – no returns and no exchanges are possible. If you used a coupon code or purchased the shirt marked down it is not returnable or exchangeable. All underwear, headbands and socks are final sale – no returns and no exchanges are possible.
Will you be further reducing prices as sales goes on? Just like other sales, it’s possible you will see lower prices as the sale goes on, however if you see something you love, we recommend you grab it while you can. We often run out of sizes very quickly. All warehouse sale purchases are final sale (no returns or exchanges), and we are not offering price adjustments, so grab your favorites while you can!
Mystery Packs are final sale. We do not offer size exchanges or price adjustments. We encourage you to make it fun and trade with your running buddies.
