Hot Weather Tips

#RawThreadsTrainingTipThursday ☀️ Check the weather forecast before you start your workout or race. If there's a heat advisory, meaning high ozone and air pollution, you might want to take your workout indoors. If it is hot consider wearing a hat, cool towel and sunglasses. Weather reports may change as we get close so always recheck and also be prepared for that the slight forecast percentage could happen! Being prepare takes away lots of the stress!
