Shirt design inks:
All designs are printed with eco-friendly water-based inks that are non-hazardous, non-toxic and biodegradable.
Fabric Dyeing Processes:
Did you know that our partners use eco-friendly dyes and dyeing processes?
Our recycled and plant-based fabrics are made with low-impact fiber reactive dyes—these dyes are free from heavy metals, chemical mordants, AZO’s, and the dyeing cycle is shorter than that for other dye processes, meaning lesser requirement of water, salt and chemicals are needed.
Our tri-blend and polyester blend fabrics are dyed using ultra-efficient dye machines that save over 24 million gallons of water a week and facility produces almost zero landfill.

Recycled Post-Consumer Bottles
We are really excited to introduce new fabrics to Raw Threads. Our newest fabric is made from recycled post-consumer drinking bottles. We currently offer headbands and core tanks made from this amazing fabric.
Did you know that up to 9 post-consumer plastic bottles per meter were diverted from the waste stream for each one of these new core tanks! ♻️💧🌎

Does Raw Threads recycle their hang tags? Yes we do! Help us reuse our hang tags.
Send us back your hang tags and will send you the equivalent of $1 per tag back as a gift card. Gift cards will be distributed via email, you must provide your email address to receive the gift card.
Due to the weight of the tags, we recommend accumulating as many of your tags as possible at once and using the United States postal service flat rate boxes--which are free at the post office, (if it fits it ships) so that you can send the most tags for the least amount of postage expense.
