What are my payment options?
We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, PayPal and Raw Threads gift cards. We are unable to split payments between payment methods.
Will my credit card be charged immediately?
Yes. This allows us to reserve the item and size that you ordered. We'll send you a confirmation email and payment receipt to let you know when this happens.
What if I need to cancel my order?

When will my order be shipped?
Our processing times change based on our volume of orders and active sales.
Shipping time is based on method chosen.
During the holidays keep in mind that all of these timelines could be longer.
Free Shipping for orders that qualify is 5-7 business days. Keep in mind there is a 1-2 business day production time.
Priority Shipping is 2-3 business days. Depending on location. Keep in mind there is a 1-2 business day production time.
How do I know that my order shipped?
• Log into your account and view your Order History with tracking information.
• If you are a new customer, make sure you register before placing your order.
• If you are not registered, you can track your order using the link on the order confirmation e-mail. The tracking number will appear in the notes of your order.
We ship through the United States Postal Service. www.usps.com and through FedEx for large orders.
United States: You can choose from USPS First Class, Priority Mail or Express. Shipment time varies based on your shipping destination.
Free Shipping in the United States: Normally when you Spend over $75 in merchandise and shipping is complimentary.
Rate is based on your location and the weight of your order. Unfortunately, we cannot always guarantee expedited or overnight deliveries. Will you be further reducing prices as sales goes on? Just like other sales, it’s possible you will see lower prices as the sale goes on, however if you see something you love, we recommend you grab it while you can. We often run out of sizes very quickly. All warehouse sale purchases are final sale (no returns or exchanges), and we are not offering price adjustments, so grab your faves while you can!

What does Expo Pick-Up mean?
We travel to many expos across the United States and often offer the opportunity to pick up your online order at expos.
When you choose our Expo Pick-Up option (when available), you are able to place your order online and have your order waiting for you at the checkout booth at any of our listed expos. This allows you to avoid lines, and ensure that your favorite products are reserved for you, since we often sell out of popular sizes and designs.
How am I charged?
There is no charge for Expo Pick-Up — your shipping fees are waived when you select the Expo Pick-Up option. When you complete your online order and checkout, your credit card will be charged. This guarantees that your selected merchandise is reserved.
Why would I want to choose Expo Pick-Up?
You are guaranteed your size in the design of your choice.
You don't have to wait in line.
If you decide to buy more items at the expo, you get VIP treament and get to bypass the standby line and check out with little to no wait.
You get to shop from our full assortment of products on rawthreads.com. At the expos, we can only bring a small selection of our offerings.
You can always place additional orders (selecting Expo Pick-up each time) and we will bundle your orders together. There is no charge for this option.
How do I select Expo Pick-Up instead of shipping?
If you choose Expo Pick-Up, please fill out the checkout screen that asks for your Shipping Address and Billing Address. Please fill out the entire page just in case we have to ship all or a portion of your order because of a change or production delay, or if you don't make it to the expo. Please read and agree to our Return, Shipping and Privacy Policies. Your order will be ready for pick-up up at your selected expo.

Do you offer gift cards?
Yes, we offer electronic gift cards! Electronic gift cards are available for purchase at rawthreads.com. This type of gift card is delivered electronically via email and can be redeemed at RawThreads.com and at Raw Threads expo booths. Electronic gift cards may not be returned.
Placing an order using a gift card — when placing an order with a gift card, enter the Promotional Code provided in the blank Promotional Code field at the last stage of checkout. Press the Apply Promo Code Button. Your order balance cannot be zero; you must have a remaining balance in order to place your order. A credit card or Pay Pal method is required even if your balance is zero. In addition, free shipping does not apply to zero balance orders.

Product Education and Care Instructions
We want you to sweat hard and train hard, but here are some tips to get the longest life out of your garments.
First, check the care and content label. The label has garment specific information on how to care for your gear.
Most of our products are machine wash in cold water and are able to tumble dry low, though the best practice for both your clothes and the environment is to cold wash and “air" or “rack" dry. This will help to increase the longevity of the art and fabric. Please wash your shirts and skirts that have designs on them INSIDE OUT for best results. Woolite brand laundry detergent is best for our products.
For all headbands, the best practice is hand wash and to dry flat.

We completely recognize that once someone purchases our product they can do what they want with it. We do not, however, support those who acquire large volumes of our product to resell or who purchase indivual items and re-sell at an elevated or reduced price point.
