When will my order be shipped? 
Our processing times change based on our volume of orders and active sales. Shipping time is based on method chosen. During the holidays keep in mind that all of these timelines could be longer.

Free Shipping for orders that qualify is 5-7 business days. Keep in mind there is a 2-3 business day production time.

Priority Shipping is 2-3 business days. Depending on location. Keep in mind there is a 2-3 business day production time.

How do I know that my order shipped?

• Log into your account and view your Order History with tracking information. 
• If you are a new customer, make sure you register before placing your order.
