Inks

Shirt design inks:

All designs are printed with eco-friendly water-based inks that are non-hazardous, non-toxic and biodegradable. 

Fabric Dyeing Processes:

Did you know that our partners use eco-friendly dyes and dyeing processes?

Our recycled and plant-based fabrics are made with low-impact fiber reactive dyes—these dyes are free from heavy metals, chemical mordants, AZO’s, and the dyeing cycle is shorter than that for other dye processes, meaning lesser requirement of water, salt and chemicals are needed.

Our tri-blend and polyester blend fabrics are dyed using ultra-efficient dye machines that save over 24 million gallons of water a week and facility produces almost zero landfill.

Lyocell Modal

These fabrics are derived from renewable wood sources using sustainable production processes. The fibers are certified as compostable and biodegradable, and thus can fully revert back to nature. These fabrics will keep you cool and dry, are unbelievably soft and smooth.

Composition: 95% Lyocell Modal, 5% Spandex

 

Lyocell Modal + Organic Cotton

These fabrics are derived from renewable wood sources using sustainable production processes. The fibers are certified as compostable and biodegradable, and thus can fully revert back to nature. These fabrics will keep you cool and dry, are unbelievably soft and smooth.

Composition: 66% Lyocell, 28% Organic Cotton, 6% Spandex

Recycled Post-Consumer Bottles

We are really excited to keep introducing new fabrics to Raw Threads. We are in love with our fabric made from recycled post-consumer drinking bottles.  ♻️💧🌎 

The fabric's features are:

Fabric: 92% Recycled Polyester/8% Spandex

Super-soft fabric made from recycled post-consumer drinking bottles.

Rayon from Bamboo Blends

Moisture Wicking, Anti-Odor, Superior Breathability, UPF 50+ Sun Protection and no chemical finishes. 

Jersey: Bamboo/Cotton Stretch Jersey 66% Rayon from Bamboo/28% Cotton/6% Spandex

 

Triblend and Poly Blends

Tri-blend
Both our triblend and poly-blend fabrics are made in a facility that focuses on energy reduction, water reduction and waste reduction, to minimize our ecological footprint. Ultra-efficient dye machines save over 24 million gallons of water a week and facility produces almost zero landfill.
