I bought a size S/M to help cover my arms on long runs as I live in Texas and have plenty of short-sleeved running shirts and few "cold" days to run. There's about 2" of exposed skin between the shirt sleeve and this item and it does get a little tight toward the upper arm (I'm not very muscular, arm-wise). I LOVE the thumb holes. Only big drawback is that the sleeve impedes my wrist monitor from operating properly (or I roll up the sleeve and it doesn't cover my hand).
I love these arm warmers. They are great by themselves with a short sleeve shirt, but fit closely enough to be layered under a long sleeved shirt. The thumb holes are higher up, which means coverage up to the last joint of my fingers. If the weather is borderline, they are a more compact option than gloves and a sweater.
I got these because I live in Florida and in the winter months races can start out in the 50s and heat up real quick. I wanted something I could remove easily during a race I tie these to my race belt or shoulder strap of my sports bra when I get to warm. I torn between sizes I ended with the smaller size it is pretty tight at the top but I don’t have to worry about them falling down.
I bought these as part of a gift, but I was told that these are very warm and comfortable. My mom's arms are always cold in the winter months, and these have definitely helped keep her warm. They're also really great for chilly but not too cold days, as she can take them off and put them back on as she pleases.
Picked these up at a Disney Weekend expo from Raw Threads and they are a great add to anyone's workout wardrobe. They are great to wear at the beginning of a run if it is a bit chilly but they can be easily removed and tied around your running belt as you warm up. Love the feel of these too!!! The black ones are super soft!
